Size

The width of the greenhouse is 2.5 meters.
Length - 4.025 m, 6.025 m, 8.025 m and more, in multiples of 2 meters.
These dimensions correspond to the dimensions of the foundation along the outer edge.
The height of the greenhouse is 2.3 meters.
The height is indicated without the foundation.

Frame

The greenhouse has two doors and two vents at opposite ends.
The door pillars and the base of the greenhouse are made of galvanized square pipe 25x25 - the doors do not hang out, everything is secure!
Thanks to the galvanized frame, the greenhouse is extremely resistant to rust and does not require touch-ups during operation (unlike greenhouses painted with primer-enamel).
The frame is assembled using a crab system. With this method of assembling the frame, the longitudinal guides (lintels connecting the arcs) are in the same plane with the polycarbonate, which provides the polycarbonate with additional support.
Double truss arcs are made of square galvanized pipe 20x20.
The distance between the arcs is 1 m or 0.65 m.
A greenhouse with a distance between the arcs of 0.65 m has a triple margin of safety.
Note! The ends of the greenhouse are also made of a double arc-truss, which gives the greenhouse a more solid and beautiful look.
New! Reinforced ends and doors:
1) Reinforcements protect the greenhouse from windage, prevent the formation of "pops" and rattling of polycarbonate under the influence of wind;
2) Give the ends additional rigidity, protect the ends and doors from snowdrifts.
The frame is fastened by 7 longitudinal guides, which prevent the polycarbonate from falling under the weight of the snow cap and give the frame additional rigidity.
A greenhouse with an arc pitch of 0.65 m is guaranteed to withstand significant snow and wind loads, and does not require maintenance in the winter.

Polycarbonate

As a cover for the greenhouse, we recommend polycarbonate of our own production «GREENHOUSE FACTORY» with a thickness of 4 mm with effective sheet protection from ultraviolet radiation (UV protection) both on the surface of the sheet and in its mass.
UV protection prolongs the life of polycarbonate and prevents its destruction (haze, brittleness).

Polycarbonate attachment

Reinforced fastening of polycarbonate with roofing screws with a rubber press washer through a galvanized tape. This mount:
1) Prevents tearing and damage of polycarbonate under the influence of strong wind and snow cap;
2) Securely presses the polycarbonate along the entire length of the greenhouse arc with a galvanized tape. Your polycarbonate will not fly around the neighbors' garden;
3) Avoid accidental

Equipment

The greenhouse has two windows and two doors at opposite ends.
Additionally, you can purchase self-opening (depending on temperature) automatic vents.
All the necessary fittings for assembling the frame of the greenhouse and fixing the polycarbonate are included.

Peculiarities

With a width of 2.5 m, the greenhouse has an increased height of 2.3 m, which allows it to be used for growing tall tomatoes and other crops.
The presence of double arcs on the greenhouse makes it easy to tie plants to them and attach additional equipment.
The increased number of arcs (the distance between the arcs is 0.65 m) and the design of double arc-trusses greatly increase the margin of safety, the greenhouse can withstand any snow and wind loads. This greenhouse does not fail.

Mounting

The minimum number of collapsible elements ensures ease of assembly, so 95% of buyers install the greenhouse on their own.
Our company strongly recommends installing a greenhouse on a beam 150x100, 100x100.
The use of a smaller section of timber as a foundation, for example, 100x50 boards, is not recommended and can only be used for extreme savings.

Exploitation

Regardless of the strength of the frame, in case of excessive precipitation, it will not be superfluous to clean the snow cap. For the winter period, it is necessary to close the doors and vents of the greenhouse.
In greenhouses made of polycarbonate, the use of sulfur checkers is prohibited. Their use can lead to premature destruction of polycarbonate, corrosion of fittings and the frame of the greenhouse.
Avoid contact with chemicals on the frame of the greenhouse.
It is recommended to lubricate the locks of the greenhouse during installation and during operation with engine oil to prevent jamming of the locks and, as a result, damage to the handles.
To clean the greenhouse from dirt and dust, we recommend using a touchless sink or a soft cloth, a sponge dipped in warm soapy water.
It is forbidden to apply paint on polycarbonate on your own and use detergents containing salts, alkalis, ethers, aldehydes, chlorine, methanol for cleaning.

Storage

The disassembled greenhouse must be stored in a dry room (with long-term storage of 10 days).
Polycarbonate sheets are best stored unfolded, preferably indoors, to prevent excessive heating from sunlight (in summer). With prolonged exposure to sunlight, the protective film and the polycarbonate itself may stick together, which will make it difficult to remove the film in the future and spoil the appearance of the product.
A polycarbonate sheet can be stored rolled up for a long time at temperatures from minus 40 degrees to plus 60 degrees. With this storage, the roll is placed vertically (standing up) to avoid damage and dents on the polycarbonate from stones and bumps.

Hurray! I’ve got an awesome greenhouse „Tudor“ on my patch! It’s decorated in white. The size‘s 3*4 meters, the height of the greenhouse is 2,74 m and of the sidewall is 1.92m. Can you believe it? It’s as spacious as a room! Instead of a standard door I equipped it with sliding doors. My greenhouse is installed on a steel foundation - that’s really modern and durable, which is not unimportant. I also ordered some steel beds in different sizes for growing greens and vegetables. Be sure to buy a hanging shelf and a table. It’s really handy! They’re easy to install and remove and there’s no need to drill or screw anything. In a word, I’m really pleased and strongly recommend the company. They operate clearly and quickly but most importantly- qualitatively.
